Since 1982, when the firm was the second law firm authorized as bond counsel to the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf has acted as Bond Counsel to the following issuers: The New Jersey Economic Development Authority, The New Jersey Higher Education Assistance Authority, New Jersey Transit Corporation, The Ocean County Utilities Authority, the County of Ocean, the Township of Berkeley, the Borough of Seaside Heights, the Township of Little Egg Harbor, the Borough of Island Heights, the Borough of Penns Grove, the Borough of Tuckerton Municipal Utilities Authority, the Borough of Tuckerton, the Howell Township Board of Education, the Jackson Township Municipal Utilities Authority, the Borough of Point Pleasant, the Borough of Surf City, the Township of Little Egg Harbor Municipal Utilities Authority, the Borough of Beach Haven, the Township of Eagleswood, the Millstone Township Board of Education, the Dover Township Board of Education, and numerous Fire Districts.
