Mr. Healy joined the firm as an associate in 2006 and has focused primarily on commercial and residential real estate transactions and related litigation. Prior to joining Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Eugene D. Serpentelli, A.J.S.C., Ocean Vicinage, where he dealt primarily with land use issues.

Mr. Healy graduate cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in Boston , MA , where he was a member of the Transnational Law Review and received the Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law. While attending law school, Mr. Healy worked in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office where he assisted in prosecuting sex crimes and successfully argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Healy served for two years as Administrator of The Clinton Legal Expense Trust in Washington , DC .

Currently, Mr. Healy is admitted to practice in New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Ocean County Bar Association.
