Biography: Mr. Fabricant, a Partner of Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf, P.C. and has been practicing law with the firm for eleven years.  He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar, the United States District Court for New Jersey as well as the Monmouth and Ocean County Bar Associations.  Mr. Fabricant practices in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, federal disability claims and employment litigation.  He is a member of American Trial Lawyers Association, both in New Jersey and nationally.

Mr. Fabricant has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal Court, and has had successful jury verdicts in significant products liability, motor vehicle and personal injury cases.  He has also successfully represented numerous clients in the New Jersey Department of Labor, Division of Workers' Compensation and the Federal Social Security Administration.

Mr. Fabricant received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College in 1988, and was a member of Phi Alpha Theta, the National History Honor Society.  He received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1991.  While attending Tulane L aw School, he served as an associate editor for the Tulane Environmental Law Journal from 1990-1991.  Following his graduation from law school he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Melvin S. Whitken in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
