Biography: Mr. DiCicco has practiced law with the firm of Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf, P.C. for 18 years and has been a partner with the firm for the past 13 years. Prior to joining Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf, Mr. DiCicco was an associate at Lowenstein Sandler for four years.
Mr. DiCicco is a member of the bar in New Jersey , the United States District Court for New Jersey , the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Court of International Trade. Mr. DiCicco practices primarily in the areas of complex commercial litigation, employment litigation, real estate litigation, environmental litigation, insurance coverage litigation, bankruptcy litigation, probate litigation, general equity litigation, construction litigation and prerogative writ litigation. Mr. DiCicco also practices in the areas of real estate law, land use approvals, administrative law and corporate law.
Mr. DiCicco has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal Courts, Bankruptcy Court and the United States Court of International Trade. He also has extensive administrative law experience before the Office of Administrative Law and various administrative agencies in the State of New Jersey . He has handled multimillion-dollar litigation and administrative matters for numerous corporate and individual clients.
Mr. DiCicco received a Bachelor of Arts degree, with honors, from Seton Hall University in 1980 and was a member of Phi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society. Mr. DiCicco received his J.D., with honors, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1983. While at Seton Hall Law School , he served as managing editor of the Seton Hall Law Review during 1982-1983. In 1982, as a member of the Seton Hall Law Review, he published a Note on Antitrust Law and the State Action Immunity Doctrine. From 1983-1984, Mr. DiCicco served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Morton I. Greenberg in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
Mr. DiCicco is a councilman in Point Pleasant Beach, winning election in 2004. From 2000-2005, he was president of the Democratic organization in Point Pleasant Beach and Democratic Municipal Chairman. He is a member of the Ocean County Democratic Finance Committee and Democratic Liaison to the 10 th legislative district in New Jersey .
