Mr. McAlindin frequently appears and tries cases in the U.S. District Court for the District of NJ, New Jersey Superior Court, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He has argued appeals in the Superior Court of New Jersey – Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd & 4th Circuits. Mr. McAlindin is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. McAlindin served as a Councilmember of the Point Pleasant Borough Council 2002-2008 where he was Chair of the Administration & Finance Committee, and member of the Zoning & Code Enforcement Committee, and Recreation Committee. He is a Princeton University Alumni Area Admissions Interviewer. He served as General Counsel to the 2001 NJ gubernatorial campaign of Republican nominee Bret Schundler. He is former Chairman of the Board of the Teddy Bear Foundation for Achondroplasia Inc., past president of the Republicans for Point Pleasant, a former Trustee of the Bay Head Shores Property Owners Association, past president of the 84 Monroe Street Condominium Association, a former Hudson County Republican Committee member 1992-1996, a former Member of the Hudson County Republican Executive Board 1994-1995, and an Ocean County Republican Committee member 1998-present.
