Biography:

Mr. Picinich is an associate in the firm and maintains a broad-based litigation practice in both federal and state courts. Prior to joining Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf, Mr. Picinich was an associate at a large, international law firm in northern New Jersey, where he dealt primarily with litigation and arbitration of complex general liability and professional liability disputes. In 2010, Mr. Picinich was listed by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Rising Star, General Litigation/Personal Injury Defense.

Mr. Picinich graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law School.. While attending law school, Mr. Picinich served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Estela de la Cruz, J.S.C. from May 2001 to May 2002.

Currently, Mr. Picinich is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
